Plant of Tubule’s Details “RECOM” was founded in 1992. The enterprise appeared in a difficult situation for a Russian economy in the beginning of 90s. Production recession in all the industries forced the manufacturers of pipeline accessories to reduce production of auxiliary products and to purchase pipeline accessories without companion flanges. Very soon enterprises in different industries (oil and gas, housing, food etc.) begin to lack these goods whereas it becomes impossible to purchase flanges abroad because of the great price gap. In 1993 Plant “RECOM”  started to produce flanges in small rented premises having just one machine. The newly created enterprise had the following principal goals:

- establish the production of flanges;
    - ensure the delivery of flanges to customers;
    - ensure high quality of products.

To achieve the goals the plant used foreign standards in production of flanges as well as the experience of industrial engineering which helped to ensure the proper quality of produced items.

Since 1994 the plant has extended its range of flanges and started to use new brand materials in production.

In 1996 Plant “RECOM” became the first enterprise in the north-west which was given the Certificate of Conformity on flanges.

In 1998 plant trademark was registered in State Register of Trademarks and Service Marks.

In 2000 the plant moved to its own premises which have an area of 6000 sq. m and comprise warehouses and working areas, as well as an office and a retail outlet, which simplifies paper work and shipment processes. In the same year the plant developed the production of all-purpose fasteners (low pressure fasteners, flange anchor fasteners, high-duty, cold-resistant fasteners); also the output of oval gaskets and isolating flanged connectors was started.

Together with the development of production the work team was created which made its best to ensure the high quality of products. In 1997 there was made a decision on creating a Marketing Department which would study market trends and customers' demand.

In 2001 the first version of company website appeared due to which customers have a chance to get information about our enterprise, range of products and prices and not to waste time in telephone conversations. 

For the present moment Plant of Tubule’s Details “RECOM” is an up-to-date, constantly upgrading enterprise, the largest manufacturer and supplier of pipe fittings and accessories in the north-west of Russia. Monthly output of the plant makes up to 150 tonnes of flanges (diameter up to 2,000mm) from different types of steel according to GOST, DIN, ANSI and other standards.   The Quality System is approved by Certificates, which allows using products at high-risk facilities. One can see “RECOM” trademark at processing plants, trunk pipelines, water supply and heat supply systems, in the facilities belonging to fuel-energy complexes and housing and public utilities along the territory of Russia, as well as in CIS countries, Europe, Baltics and Scandinavia. Contemporary manufacturing capabilities and high-skilled staff guarantee stable market position of the company whereas 15-year experience characterize it as reliable business partner.
